Amos said bulldog today! He was pointing to a big painting at Last Resort (restaurant) and we told him that it was a bulldog. We are not really big sports fans, but most people in this town are so a large portion of the artwork in restaurants features bulldogs, footballs, the arch, etc. Amos liked the sound of that and started trying to say it. A little later we were in Lowe's and he said it clearly where we could both hear it. Then when we got home I captured it on camera. I guess "football" and "the arch" will be coming soon.
He also says Mama, Dada, bird, bye, and sometimes repeats parts of other words that he hears.
In unrelated news, Amos ate a large (for him) piece of chicken last night. I wouldn't have believed it was possible but I saw it with my own eyes. He only has three teeth but he managed to gum that chicken down in a matter of minutes. It was pretty awesome.
